Call Center Tips
Before you call the eiNetwork Call Center, did you:
- Make sure all cable connections are secure--ie. power, monitor, printer, yellow network cable, etc.
- Make sure all devices are turned on.
- Close the application in question and opened it again.
- Log out of your machine and logged back in.
- Shut down and restarted your computer.
- Find the name of your computer?
- Determine if the problem happening on one or all of the computers?
